1. Returns

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or partially consumed items.

Returns may be accepted only if:

The product received is damaged during transit.
The wrong product was delivered.
The product packaging is tampered with upon delivery.

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the product and packaging.

2. Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed in the following cases:

Damaged product received
Incorrect product delivered
Order cancelled before shipment

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Replacements

Instead of a refund, customers may choose a replacement product, subject to stock availability.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be provided for:

Change of mind after delivery
Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
Delays caused by courier services beyond our control
Opened, used, or consumed products
Minor packaging variations that do not affect product quality
